Data controller. ArtHub Texas is an initiative of the Texas European Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) U.S. nonprofit (the “Foundation”). The Foundation is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@birthingpicasso.com.
What we collect. We collect (a) the information you submit through our forms, name, email address, organization, the audience category you select and your message; (b) our newsletter sign-up email, if provided; and (c) limited technical data (such as anonymized analytics) only where you have consented to non-essential cookies.
Purposes and legal basis. We process your data to respond to your enquiry, manage partnerships and sponsorships, send communications you have requested, and improve the site. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating and promoting the institution. We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
Sharing. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, form/email and hosting providers) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law. Our project partners (OverlaB Intelligence, STEM in Schools and collaborating institutions) receive your data only when necessary to handle a request you have directed to them.
International transfers. The Foundation operates between the United States and Europe. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
Retention. We keep enquiry and partnership data for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing, by writing to hello@birthingpicasso.com. Where applicable you have the rights granted under the EU/UK GDPR and under Texas and other U.S. state privacy laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security & children. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
